Dirt in an abrasion!

Dirt must be removed from an abrasion .   If not removed, the particles will cause a permament tatoo that is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to remove.   A wound with dirt contamination must be anesthesitized, surgically cleaned, and dressed.  Then all will be well.   Thanks,  Dr Commons.
