Do all breast Implants break or rupture with time?  This means both gel and saline.  Yes, 100% break in time ranging fro immediately after the surgery to 30 plus years later.   Is this dangerous? No.  Should I worry? No.  If they break , they break.  We will replace them.   If they break can I delay any surgery until a comfortable time safely.  Absolutely you can and should.  Thanks,  Dr G Commons.
